Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and tailored range of support services to enhance the quality of life for our clients with complex genetic disorders and address the care challenges faced by their families.
Our Model of Care
Sky High Healthcare has developed a clear and simple Service Delivery Model which is based on the NDIS Practice Standards and Rules and a social model of care.
The model aims to empower the participant and family, and our staff and partners, to deliver the best possible standard of supports and safety.

Our experienced nurses support adults and children with complex needs, providing personalised care, safety, and continuity in home and community settings, including nurse delegation.
Nursing Supports
Our physiotherapists support clients with complex needs, specialising in hydrotherapy and respiratory care to improve mobility, lung function, and quality of life.
Physiotherapy
We help clients navigate the NDIS and care pathways, coordinating services and support to achieve their personal goals seamlessly.
Support Coordination
Our support workers assist clients with complex needs in daily living, promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation.

A rare disease can be defined as one that affects less than five in 10,000 people.
In Australia, around 8% of the population live with a rare disease. This translates to roughly 2,000,000 people.
Since 80% of rare diseases are genetic, studies have shown that one-half of all rare diseases affect children.
The data collected will be used by stakeholders to advocate for better funding and provide cohesive and tailored support systems for families who have a child diagnosed with a rare disease.
The great complexity and unmet need in rare diseases can be overwhelming for the entiree sector: for policymakers, clinicians, practitioners, researchers, academics, industry and especially for people who live with rare diseases.
